Since I was a teenager I had really struggled with not only weight but the cravings for 'junk food' that went along with every diet I tried.     We have our own private – state of the art studio in Hornchurch – we also only ever have one trainer at a time working so you do not have to worry about others being present.

    As long as you follow our instructions and stick to the plan (nutrition and exercise) it certainly does, and as long as you do this we guarantee your results!

  • q-iconHow often do I need to train with you?

    That really depends on what you want to achieve and how long you have given yourself to achieve it! If you are really committed you can get away with as little as two sessions per week with us.

  • q-iconHow do I pay you?

    To keep your costs as manageable as possible we work on a monthly standing order basis whereby you only pay for the next months sessions in advance.

  • q-iconIs the first session REALLY free?

    It is indeed, it gives both us and you the opportunity to see if we can work together to achieve your result – we do not work with everyone who comes to us if we do not think you are quite ready to make the commitment so the first session is good for both parties!

If you follow our plan and do everything we tell you but do not achieve your goal then we will refund your payments!!
